AnyGarbs builds swarms of AI-driven robots that find waste on the map, collect it, sort it down to the material, and recycle it into feedstock that factories buy. Garbage in. Compost, biogas, plastic, paper, steel, copper, rare earths, gold and silver out.
Quest log
Every pile on the map is a level. The swarm runs the same four moves on each one, and the order matters: nothing is collected that can't be sorted, and nothing is sorted that can't be sold.
Drones and public data map every dump, ditch, bin and landfill. Each pile gets a tile with an estimated mass and material mix.
Hauler bots and trucks run routes the planner sets, by the tonne. Wet organics move first, before they rot into methane.
Sorter bots use vision, near-infrared and X-ray to split by material, not category. PET from HDPE. Copper from brass. Magnet from casing.
Modular refiners turn each stream into a graded product. A trading agent lists it, prices it and ships it to the buyer.

Five classes, one planner. Each bot is cheap, replaceable and specialised, and the planner treats the map as the board: every pile is a job, every bot is a piece.

Flies the grid, photographs piles, estimates mass and mix, tags what's new since last pass.

Tracked, weatherproof, dumb by design. Loads at the pile, runs the route, tips at the belt.
BELT · SEGREGATION
Vision, NIR and XRF on the head, a gripper on the arm. Sorts to material at belt speed.

A shipping-container module per stream: digester, extruder, pulper, shredder, furnace, leach cell.

An agent, not a body. Watches commodity prices, lists lots, negotiates, books freight, sends the invoice.
Research
The swarm logs every item it fails to sort or refine. The lab turns that log into the next bot.

The candidate is run against recorded belt footage and digital twins of the piles. Yield, energy per tonne and jam rate decide if it gets built.
Parts are printed and machined, fitted to one bot, and run on a live route for two weeks. What works ships to every swarm as a firmware and parts kit.
